Notes about this Trip
|
A camping trip to a foreign country. NO cell phone service.
Three campgrounds: Riverside, Burley, Dunes. We're at
Riverside.
Over 1000 campsites. We didn't need that many. Spaced out and not
well suited for our group.
Actually very nice camping. Great showers. Lots of poison ivy. Too
much time to get there and back thru customs. Long drive to the
beach from the Riverside Campground, but the big camp store was very
close. Good ice cream there.
Very expensive camping
for the now-famous mailbox killer.
The raccoons loved Shirley's meatballs.
We had very nice weather. No rain.
