Notes from the TripIt was pretty chilly and a bit rainy, but we all ate, drank, played games and generally had a good
time as usual.
Camp Meeting - For those who were unable to attend the August, 2002 camping trip, we are posting these notes.
1. Beginning in 2003, we will take an offering on the Sundays we have camp church. At the end of the year, all receipts will be donated to one place. Make suggestions for the donation. Zion in Mt. Pleasant was suggested at the meeting. (You have a year to think about this).
2. End of Pot Luck and start of Group dinners. In order to make it easier to pack food, we decided to bring specific items for the group meals as listed below. Please note we added Saturday breakfast as a group meal. Bring your own dishes, napkins and
silver/plasticware.
3. In September, 2002, we will be going to the late service at Mt. Pleasant and will make reservations at the Holiday Inn or the Purple Onion for brunch after church.
4. We put $2 per person into a fund for a Double 15 Dominoes game so we can all play. We collected $22 and the game will cost about $25 plus tax. Alan and Diane have the money and will, hopefully, have the game for September, 2002.

5. Ron and Carol will set up the camping schedule for 2003.
